Öffne ein Terminal und schau nach:

/Applications/Python 3.6/Install Certificates.command

Python 3.6 unter MacOS verwendet eine eingebettete Version von OpenSSL, die den Systemzertifikatspeicher nicht verwendet. Weitere Details hier .

Ich lief dies auf MacOS /Applications/Python\ 3.6/Install\ Certificates.command

Auf CentOS Linux, Python3.6, habe ich diese Datei bearbeitet (erst eine Sicherungskopie erstellen)

/usr/lib/python3.6/site-packages/certifi/cacert.pem

am Ende der Datei fügte ich mein öffentliches Zertifikat aus meiner .pem-Datei hinzu. Sie sollten die .pem-Datei von Ihrem SSL-Zertifikatsanbieter erhalten können.

So habe ich es behoben:

  1. Das Installationsskript wurde installiert. Das Shell-Skript wurde ausgeführt. 
  2. Öffnet das Python 3.6.5 und gibt nltk.download() ein. Das Download-Grafikfenster wurde geöffnet und alle Pakete wurden installiert.
