Warum kann ich isc-dhcp-server bei der Installation nicht starten?

Ich folge dem Tutorial this , um Linux auf einem System zu installieren, das weder über einen CD-Leser noch über USB-Startfunktionen verfügt. Schließlich erreichte ich den Punkt, an dem ich isc-dhcp-server Installieren musste, und ich tat es irgendwie.

Apt sagt mir, dass es ein teilweise installiertes Paket gibt. Ich führe Sudo apt-get install -f Aus und erhalte Folgendes:
