Log4Net in einer separaten Konfigurationsdatei

Ich muss log4net für ein neues Projekt konfigurieren. Alles funktioniert einwandfrei, wenn ich alle meine Informationen in der App.config-Datei halte. Ich möchte die Konfiguration von log4net in eine separate Konfigurationsdatei schreiben (nimm App1.config)

Hier ist meine app.config, die perfekt funktioniert:

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-8" ?>
<configuration>
  <configSections>
    <section name="log4net" type="log4net.Config.Log4NetConfigurationSectionHandler, log4net"/>
  </configSections>
  <log4net>
    <appender name="ConsoleAppender" type="log4net.Appender.ConsoleAppender">
      <layout type="log4net.Layout.PatternLayout">
        <conversionPattern value="%date{ABSOLUTE} [%logger] %level - %message%newline%exception"/>
      </layout>
    </appender>
    <appender name="FileAppender" type="log4net.Appender.FileAppender">
      <file value="C:\Logs\MylogText.txt"/>
      <appendToFile value="true"/>
      <lockingModel type="log4net.Appender.FileAppender+MinimalLock"/>
      <layout type="log4net.Layout.PatternLayout">
        <conversionPattern value="%date{ABSOLUTE} [%logger] %level - %message%newline%exception"/>
      </layout>
    </appender>
    <appender name="RollingFileAppender" type="log4net.Appender.RollingFileAppender">
      <file value="C:\Logs\RollinglogText.txt"/>
      <appendToFile value="true"/>
      <rollingStyle value="Size"/>
      <maximumFileSize value="10MB"/>
      <maxSizeRollBackups value="5"/>
      <staticLogFileName value="true"/>
      <layout type="log4net.Layout.PatternLayout">
        <conversionPattern value="%date{ABSOLUTE} [%logger] %level - %message%newline%exception"/>
      </layout>
    </appender>
    <root>
      <level value="DEBUG" />
      <appender-ref ref="ConsoleAppender"/>
      <appender-ref ref="FileAppender"/>
      <appender-ref ref="RollingFileAppender"/>
    </root>
  </log4net>
    <startup>
        <supportedRuntime version="v4.0" sku=".NETFramework,Version=v4.5" />
    </startup>
</configuration>

Ich habe alles außer dem <startup> -Element aus meiner app.config entfernt und dies in meine app1.config eingefügt:

  <log4net>
    <appender name="ConsoleAppender" type="log4net.Appender.ConsoleAppender">
      <layout type="log4net.Layout.PatternLayout">
        <conversionPattern value="%date{ABSOLUTE} [%logger] %level - %message%newline%exception"/>
      </layout>
    </appender>
    <appender name="FileAppender" type="log4net.Appender.FileAppender">
      <file value="C:\Logs\MylogText.txt"/>
      <appendToFile value="true"/>
      <lockingModel type="log4net.Appender.FileAppender+MinimalLock"/>
      <layout type="log4net.Layout.PatternLayout">
        <conversionPattern value="%date{ABSOLUTE} [%logger] %level - %message%newline%exception"/>
      </layout>
    </appender>
    <appender name="RollingFileAppender" type="log4net.Appender.RollingFileAppender">
      <file value="C:\Logs\RollinglogText.txt"/>
      <appendToFile value="true"/>
      <rollingStyle value="Size"/>
      <maximumFileSize value="10MB"/>
      <maxSizeRollBackups value="5"/>
      <staticLogFileName value="true"/>
      <layout type="log4net.Layout.PatternLayout">
        <conversionPattern value="%date{ABSOLUTE} [%logger] %level - %message%newline%exception"/>
      </layout>
    </appender>

    <root>
      <level value="DEBUG" />
      <appender-ref ref="ConsoleAppender"/>
      <appender-ref ref="FileAppender"/>
      <appender-ref ref="RollingFileAppender"/>
    </root>
  </log4net>

In meiner Program.cs-Klasse rufe ich die Konfiguration mit der Assembly folgendermaßen auf:

[Assembly: log4net.Config.XmlConfigurator(ConfigFile = "App1.config", Watch = true)]

Wenn ich App1.config verwende, sind meine Dateien jedoch nicht angemeldet.

Verwenden Sie Folgendes als Vorlage:

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-8" ?>
<configuration>

  <configSections>
    <section name="log4net" type="log4net.Config.Log4NetConfigurationSectionHandler,log4net"/>
  </configSections>

  <log4net configSource="log4net.config"/>

  <startup>
    <supportedRuntime version="v4.0" sku=".NETFramework,Version=v4.5"/>
  </startup>

</configuration>

Und platzieren Sie Ihre log4net config in log4net config, z.

<log4net>
    <!-- Configuration -->
</log4net>

Wenn Sie auf Änderungen in der Datei achten möchten, können Sie dies mit der folgenden Klasse tun (rufen Sie LoggingConfigurator.ConfigureLogging ()) auf:

public static class LoggingConfigurator
{
    private const string DebugLoggingConfiguration = @"log4net.debug.config";

    /// <summary>
    /// Configures the logging.
    /// </summary>
    /// <exception cref="System.Configuration.ConfigurationErrorsException">Thrown if the logging configuration does not exist.</exception>
    [SuppressMessage("Microsoft.Globalization", "CA1303:Do not pass literals as localized parameters", MessageId = "System.Console.WriteLine(System.String)")]
    [SuppressMessage("Microsoft.Globalization", "CA1303:Do not pass literals as localized parameters", MessageId = "System.Console.WriteLine(System.String,System.Object)")]
    public static void ConfigureLogging()
    {
        try
        {
            string path = GetLogConfigurationPath();

            var fileInfo = new FileInfo(path);

            if (fileInfo.Exists)

                log4net.Config.XmlConfigurator.ConfigureAndWatch(fileInfo);
                Console.WriteLine("Loaded logging configuration from: {0}", path);
            }
            else
            {
                var message = "Logging configuration does not exist: " + path;
                Console.WriteLine(message);

Ihre log4net-XML-Datei sollte mit dem Tag <log4net> beginnen. Sie sollten die Elemente configSections oder configuration nicht einschließen.
