Probleme mit apt-get, Python-bezogene Pakete nicht vollständig installiert oder entfernt

Jedes Mal, wenn ich versuche, ein Paket oder Upgrade mit apt-get zu installieren, wird der folgende Fehler angezeigt.

Diese Antwort für eine andere Frage löste das Problem, das ich hatte.

Die Hauptursache für die Probleme ist ein beschädigtes Python -Paket, das versucht, die Pakete mit den folgenden Befehlen neu zu installieren:

Sudo apt-get clean
Sudo apt-get update
Sudo apt-get install -f --reinstall libpython2.7-minimal python-configparser
