Ich bin mir sicher, dass Ihre Frage inzwischen beantwortet wurde, aber hier ist eine andere Einstellung. Mit diesem Code können Sie Ihre Optionsfelder in ein beliebiges Layout einbetten (Sie benötigen eigentlich gar keine Funkgruppe). Ich würde auch vorschlagen, lineare Layouts zu verwenden, um die gewünschten Spalten/Zeilen zu erstellen.

Mein Code basiert auf @infografnet und @lostdev (auch dank @Neromancer für den Compound Button-Vorschlag!)

Ein paar andere Antworten funktionieren gut, sind jedoch komplizierter als in einfacheren Fällen erforderlich. Wenn Sie möchten, dass mehrere Radiogruppen als eine Einheit fungieren und alle Entscheidungen zum Zeitpunkt des Klicks erledigen können, können Sie Folgendes tun:

Fügen Sie in Ihrer Layout-XML den gleichen Click-Handler zu all der RadioButtons hinzu, die Sie kombinieren möchten:

Android:onClick="handleCombinedClick"

Dann lassen Sie Ihren Click-Handler so aussehen:
