Gimp kann in Ubuntu 16.04 wegen fehlender Abhängigkeiten nicht installiert werden

Beim Ausführen von apt install gimp wird der folgende Fehler angezeigt:

Bearbeiten: Ich habe Gimp von Ubuntu-Software installiert.

Sie müssen Gimp deinstallieren und das externe Gimp PPA von den Softwarequellen entfernen.

$ Sudo apt remove gimp

Öffnen Sie dann Software & Updates und entfernen Sie den PPA von 'Other Software' .

Danach können Sie eine neue saubere Instanz von Gimp installieren:

$ Sudo apt update
$ Sudo apt upgrade
$ Sudo apt install gimp
